Description
From January 1, 2024, all households will have to be able to separate their biodegradable waste from the rest of the garbage can: peelings, meal leftovers, eggshells, paper napkins… To meet these new regulations, TAPIERO has designed a wide range of bags to collect kitchen waste at home or in the community.
At home, there are two types of bag for biowaste (7 or 10 liters): the two gussets bag, which is inserted into the “bioseau” (which stays clean!), or the three gussets bag, which stands upright thanks to its flat bottom. Individuals can then take the bag filled with biowaste to a recycling station or to a collective composter. They can also apply to their local council for an individual composter.
The same principle is adapted to local authorities with larger bags (from 30 to 190 liters): central kitchens, cafeterias, canteens, restaurants, etc.
Thanks to an anti-humidity treatment, the paper bag easily withstands the storage of biodwaste for 3 to 4 days.
The paper is microporous, so the bag is air-permeable. The waste dries and does not ferment, nor does it give off odors (even during prolonged storage).
Compliant with EN 13 432, EN 14 046 and NF T51-800 standards, the TAPIERO paper bag is as compostable as all the waste it contains !
