Circular economy solutions for petroleum residues and used lub oil

Ecoslops is bringing oil into circular economy with an innovative technology to produce fuel and light bitumen from oil residues and used lub oil. The solutions proposed by Ecoslops are based on a unique industrial process of micro-refining these residues to transform them into 2nd generation commercial products with international standards. Ecoslops offers waste collectors, port infrastructures and ship owners an economical and more environmentally friendly solution.

Ecoslops offer

Ecoslops offers two solutions adapted to the quantity of waste to be treated:

– The P2R

With a nominal capacity of 30,000 tons of dehydrated residues per year, the P2R allows ports collecting large quantities of hydrocarbon residues – of maritime or land origin – to ensure their treatment and to produce new low-carbon fuels from these wastes.

– The Scarabox ®

With an annual capacity of 7,000 tons, the Scarabox is a turnkey containerized version of our P2R technology. Processing both petroleum residues and used lub oil, the Scarabox also creates value locally by producing low-carbon fuels from these residues in compliance with international standards.
