Mixtron produces volumetric dosing pumps. Installed directly on the water supply line, our dosers function without electricity and are powered by the water flow. The water activates the pump, which first sucks the required percentage of concentrate, then doses and mixes it into the water. The water pressure forces the solution downstream. Once adjusted, the doser requires no action or external control.
The dosage of chemical product will be directly proportional to the volume of water entering the Mixtron pump, regardless of variations in flow and pressure which may occur in the main line.
This makes Mixtron dosers particularly suitable for water treatment, disinfection and hygiene, as well as suitable for many other applications (e.g. agriculture, livestock and metal working.
Recently, Mixtron, in order to increase production and efficiency, has invested in a robotic line for assembling and testing its products.
This investment has enabled Mixtron to become a cutting-edge technological reality, controlling the entire production process, automatically testing every single product, maximizing the reliability and quality of its dosing pumps.
