Description
On average, the French produce 160 kg of green waste per person per year.
Green waste is the residue left over from gardening activities and the upkeep of private or public green spaces: dead leaves, branches, wilted flowers, pruning residues, weeds or grass. Despite the ban on burning this waste, over 1 million tonnes of green waste are burned every year. Yet 50 kg of burnt green waste is equivalent to driving 13,000 km in a recent diesel car.
From 80 to 190 liters, our bags are available in one or two sheets for greater resistance to weight. The single-sheet bag can withstand up to 40 kg, while the double-sheet bag can withstand up to 80 kg.
Once the bags are full, simply close them by rolling up the edges and take them to the recycling center. Many communes have set up a collection system that allows individuals to place bags filled with green waste on the sidewalk before collection.
