The DIP-Booster : The Gravity Line Accelerator solution

The DIP BOOSTER circulators by Side Industrie are derived from the high range of wastewater circulators DIP Systeme®, and are also made of «boiler-plated» stainless steel. They are composed of a shared hydraulic body that fits the pipe size, allowing the gravity flow to go through it. Includes a «by-pass» valve, a level sensor upstream and 2 variable speed hydraulic drives connected in parallel using VFD’s.
They allow to increase the flow rate of a gravity pipe from DN 200 to DN 1200 (from 8’’ to 40’’ diameters).
The range includes 3 main types: DIP-Booster gravity-fed  type A, DIP-Booster lifting type B, DIP-Booster high-pressure pipes  type F, which can be declined on several motorizations.
These circulators fit into the profile of the pipe and are inserted into a simple chamber or, in a prefabricated version, into a BOOSTINOX. The intelligence embedded into the frequency converters allows for smart auto-adaptive operation.

All DIP-Boosters are custom-made according to project specifications. Their modular and reproducible construction is made of  AISI 304L or 316L stainless steel . They  are fitted with IP67 or IP68 motors, as well as 2 knife gate valves with stainless steel shovels for upstream and downstream isolation of the pumping unit. The DIP-Booster range is available from DN200 to DN1200 (from 8’’ to 40’’ diameters).
