TECOFI continually develops and improves its products! We have released our double eccentric butterfly valve the TECWAT with dry shaft and motorizable IP67 gearbox. The shaft remains dry without having any contact with the fluid thanks to the bronze aluminum bearings. Guaranteed watertightness, assured corrosion and abrasion prevention with a reduced operating torque and limited wear of moving parts. In addition, customers can motorize the valve with the ISO mounting flange and burry the valve thanks to its IP67 protection rating (submerged hermetic motors subject to the condition of duration of service)
Product strenghs
The lining-protected shaft offers a simple and economic solution adapted particularly to desalination or aggressive chemical applications where more complex material would be required (super duplex, duplex, Halar).
250-micron coating, stainless steel seat welded to the body, stainless steel collar, replaceable body gasket without dismounting, 420 stainless steel shaft, support foot, WRAS/ACS certified and meets the design, construction and test standard EN 1074.
